Product responsibility by Vista will be void if the product is damaged or rendered in-operable by accident or incident, improper installation, unreasonable or improper use, vandalism, user modification or alteration, negligence, abuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, disassembly, improper handling, applied voltages or other changes non-related to materials and /or workmanship.
